At the time of the booking, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
We require details of either MasterCard or Visa credit.

You have the option of full payment at the time of the booking or at the time of the test. We require details of either MasterCard or Visa credit.
When you make your online booking at bodydexafit.com.au you will receive an email confirmation shortly after making your booking. You will also receive an email reminder closer to your appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. This provides the practice with an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients from our waiting lists.
- If you cancel or change at least 24 hours before start of appointment, NO PENALTY
- Yet, if you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time or no-show, 100% OF PAYMENT FORFEITED
If there are extenuating circumstances to any cancellation Body DEXA fit may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with a credit that can be used to re-book an appointment.
We ask clients to make every effort to keep their scheduled appointments to avoid us having to turn other clients away when we are fully booked.

The cancellation policy applies to single scans and to the individual scans in packages of multiple scans. The cancellation policy applies regardless of whether you applied a promotion code to your booking, and whether or not you were referred, or the scan was given to you.
PROVING YOUR IDENTITY
It is a legal requirement for body DEXA fit to confirm the identity of each client who undergoes a DEXA scan, hence the online booking must be in the name of the person who will undergo a scan. You will be asked to confirm your name, date of birth and residential address.
