Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card details are required to secure your appointment.
Once your online booking with Body DEXA Fit is completed, you will receive an email confirmation shortly afterwards. A reminder email will also be sent closer to your appointment date.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients on our waiting list.
- Cancellation or change with at least 24 hours’ notice: No penalty applies.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or failure to attend (no-show): 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited.
In cases of extenuating circumstances, Body DEXA Fit may, at its absolute discretion, offer a credit that can be used towards re-booking a future appointment.
We kindly ask clients to make every effort to attend their scheduled appointments, as last-minute cancellations may prevent other clients from being seen when we are fully booked.
How to View or Change your Appointment
You can view, change or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before the appointment start time by following these steps:
- Open the booking confirmation email you received.
- Scroll down and select “View / change booking” button
- Click the Reschedule link.
- A Bookeo page will open displaying your booking details and available times.
- To change your appointment, click the Change button shown on the page.
- To cancel your appointment, click the “Cancel My Booking” button at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts to confirm.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email reflecting any changes made.
